The time-consuming, low and slow process is worth it. Our menu includes baby back ribs, pulled pork, brisket, wings & sausage with a wide selection of hand-made sides like french fries, cole slaw, baked beans, mac-n-cheese, hushpuppies and cornbread. We also do rotating seasonal specials.
When we are not at the River Valley Market, we are catering events with our mobile unit. We are open most weekends and have online and in-person ordering from our walk-up trailer. If you have a big group to feed on the weekend, we encourage you to place a catering order for pickup by emailing Chef Brandon nomadchefs@gmail.com at least 48 hours in advance.
